The role Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to support adults across our services in Croydon and South-East London. You will manage a caseload and work closely with each client to understand their needs, experiences and goals. You will create individual support plans, set achievable targets and encourage clients to engage with their recovery.
