The Role We are looking for a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Quo Vadis Trust in South-East London. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) where you will support adults facing mental health challenges, helping them engage in the recovery process and achieve their personal goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a caseload of clients with various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance misuse. Develop and implement individual support plans with clear, achievable goals. Work closely with clients to promote their recovery and independence. Provide a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the well-being of clients. Assist clients with daily living tasks and help maintain their accommodation. Complete client records accurately using our management system. Work with external agencies and healthcare professionals to support clients. Attend staff and client meetings, training, and development sessions. Provide support to colleagues across our schemes when needed.
