Positive Behaviour Support Worker 30 hours Weekly (Nights) £25,971.52 PA London Night Shifts as per rota Croydon, South East Do you have experience supporting people with mental health needs or behaviours that challenge? Are you calm, resilient and able to respond professionally during difficult situations? The role Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to support adults across our services in Croydon and South-East London. You will manage a caseload and work closely with each client to understand their needs, experiences and goals. You will create individual support plans, set achievable targets and encourage clients to engage with their recovery. Key Responsibilities You will: Welcome new clients, assess risks and support their induction. Develop and regularly review individual support and needs plans. Help clients build daily living, housekeeping and tenancy-management skills. Respond to incidents and challenging behaviour using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Complete property, room and health and safety checks. Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports when required. Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly. Work with healthcare professionals, external agencies and colleagues. Travel between Quo Vadis Trust services when needed.
