The role Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to support adults across our services in Croydon and South-East London. You will build positive relationships, understand each person’s history and needs, and help them set realistic goals. Your support will enable clients to develop everyday skills, manage their tenancies and move towards greater independence.
