What you''ll be doing We''re looking for a Positive Behaviour Support to drive the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across the service. You''ll work collaboratively with individuals, colleagues, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive, person-centred approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life, while supporting the reduction of restrictive practices.Key responsibilities include: Support behavioural assessments and the delivery of PBS interventions. Deliver person-centred care and therapeutic activities. Assist with the implementation and review of individual care plans. Promote a safe, structured and recovery-focused environment. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes.
