Positive Behaviour Support PractitionerWe are seeking a skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to help improve quality of life for people with learning disabilities and autism across London and the South.Position: Positive Behaviour Support PractitionerLocation: London and South / Home-based with travelSalary: £35,975 - £37,874 per annum, depending on experience and qualificationsHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentClosing Date: 5 June 2026About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that may challenge.The role will focus on implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies that create capable environments, improve wellbeing and quality of life, and reduce the use of restrictive interventions. You will work closely with services predominantly across London, with some wider travel required when needed.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out functional assessments and behavioural analysisDeveloping and implementing behavioural support plansSupporting the development of new and existing servicesDelivering training and coaching to staff teamsWorking collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionalsPromoting person-centred approaches and positive outcomesSupporting the reduction of restrictive practicesContributing to wider PBS strategy and best practice developmentYou will be home based but expected to travel regularly to ..... full job details .....
