In this hands-on role, you''ll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You''ll lead by example, coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves outcomes for the people we support.

You''ll have:
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs
- A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
- Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
- Strong communication skills and a values-led approach
