This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Forex training organisation as a Portuguese Speaking Events Executive, where you''ll play a vital commercial and customer-facing role. You''ll be responsible for driving attendance to a busy programme of international events while building strong rapport with clients and promoting a range of event packages and upgrades.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Portuguese-speaking clients to encourage event attendance and promote upcoming sessions.Build rapport and maintain regular contact with prospective and returning attendees.Upsell and cross-sell additional event packages, upgrades and services in a consultative, value-led style.Support the coordination and delivery of in-person and virtual events across international markets.Handle attendee enquiries, resolve issues promptly and provide exceptional service at every stage.Assist with event logistics, including registration, preparation, on-site support and follow-up.Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and training teams to ensure strong engagement and successful event outcomes.Skills and Experience RequiredFluent Portuguese with excellent English communication skills.Previous exposure to events, client engagement, telesales, customer service or ..... full job details .....
