Portfolio/PMO Lead - North West - £Negotiable (Outside IR35)We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio/PMO Lead on an initial contract for one of Harvey Nash''s key clients based in the North-West. The role will sit within the Technology transformation function, overseeing portfolio governance, delivery standards, and reporting across a complex programme landscape.The role will be responsible for leading the PMO function, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple programmes and projects.This role is Outside IR35 for an initial 3 Months with the likelihood to extend. The role is hybrid working with onsite expectations of around 2 days.Portfolio/PMO Lead - What will you be tasked with?Leading and maturing the PMO/Portfolio function across a broad delivery landscapeEstablishing and embedding portfolio governance, frameworks, and best practiceProviding oversight of programme and project delivery, ensuring alignment to strategic objectivesManaging portfolio reporting, including RAID logs, financial tracking, and executive dashboardsStakeholder management across senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and visibilitySupporting prioritisation, resource planning, and capacity management across the portfolioIdentifying risks and dependencies and working with delivery teams to mitigate themPortfolio/PMO Lead - Essential Experience required:Strong experience operating as a PMO Lead / Portfolio Lead within complex organisationsProven track ..... full job details .....
