In this pivotal role, you will drive financials and transformation planning across our change portfolio, managing budgets, headcount planning, and executive-level reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment of portfolio investments with business objectives.Manage the end-to-end portfolio budget, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.Oversee the intake and prioritisation of change initiatives across the business.Provide portfolio governance support, including executive reporting on performance and alignment with strategic goals.What You BringExperience in Transformation, Strategy, or Business Management within Financial Services.Strong understanding of change management, project governance, and business case development.Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from ..... full job details .....
