This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, delivering excellent service and taking ownership of a property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of landlord properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Managing maintenance, compliance and property visits Handling queries and complaints professionally Leading the student changeover process Supporting junior team members Keeping up to date with lettings legislation About You Previous Property Management experience is essential Strong communication and client relationship skills Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Proactive, professional and confident Student lettings experience is desirable but not essential Benefits £28,000 basic + OTE £32,000+ Pooled commission and performance incentives 25 days'' annual leave + bank holidays Paid team socials and events Training, mentoring and development Funding towards CeLAP qualifications No weekends, except occasional support during student changeover Interested in this opportunity?
