Portfolio Manager - B2B Events £48,000 - £55,000 + £20,000 bonus split across 2 events Hybrid London Leading b2b events business seeks a highly accomplished Portfolio Manager to join their highly successful Defence division. This role is an ideal position for a senior conference producer with 4 years + experience looking to transition into more of a strategic role with high level responsibility for owning and growing a portfolio of events. Key elements to the role: Be the subject matter expert of one or more portfolios Influence the direction and shape of a portfolio including both events and potential additional revenue streams Scaling relevant portfolio(s) by 25% revenue year on year With the support of the Head of Production, take ownership in determining the commercial viability of conferences and strategies to scale existing products and launch new events within the portfolio(s) You will have responsibility for driving the portfolio''s growth and future path To produce two day and 3 Day Large Scale Events while strategizing on new commercially-viable avenues for relevant portfolio growth Profile Required: 4 Years + in conference production Proven track record in conference validation Excellent academic background An interest in the defence sector would be highly advantageous Excellent attention to detail Strong content skills Lipton Media is a dynamic, proactive and progressive media recruitment agency solely dedicated to the media industry.
