This role is offered as hybrid with working from home, going to the properties on a weekly basis for inspections etc and maybe attending the office in London if needs be. Dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios and liaising with Client Landlords, Tenants and Contractors, this role combines private property management, corporate private rental management and social housing. Providing excellent customer service to all parties is the priority. Duties include: Instructing essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements Arranging repairs and maintenance and refurbishments Monitoring contractors and on-site works Carrying out internal mid-term inspections as required Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health and Safety standards Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues Personal requirements: Experience in residential property management/lettings Experience in dealing with social housing desirable Excellent communi...
