We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Director to join our DFM team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing strategic investment advice, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.What You''ll Do
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored investment solutionsPortfolio Management: Develop and implement bespoke investment strategies, ensuring portfolios are aligned with clients'' objectives and risk toleranceMarket Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions and provide clients with up-to-date market insightsTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the firm\''s client base and assets under managementCompliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conductKnowledge, Experience and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\''s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent is highly desirableExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or investment management, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfoliosStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, particularly with IFAsLeadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members; in-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirementsWhat you\''ll be like
