The Role: As the primary on-site point of contact during working hours, you will manage a versatile mix of front-of-house service and operational oversight. Your responsibilities will include: Resident Hospitality: Providing a visible, welcoming presence, assisting residents within communal areas, handling routine enquiries, and managing visitor access.
