Your responsibilities will include: Resident Hospitality: Providing a visible, welcoming presence, assisting residents within communal areas, handling routine enquiries, and managing visitor access. Parcel Management: Securing and organizing incoming deliveries, notifying residents, and distributing parcels directly to apartment doors.
