The post holder will assume other delegated duties relevant to the post as reasonably assigned by the Duty Officer/Facilities Manager including participation in the interchange of duties to cover annual leave, sickness absences, shifts, etc. Main Roles and Responsibilities The services falling within the responsibility of this post are as follows: Assist with the smooth running of the facility Mail Room. Prepare post for distribution and dispatch. Deliver and collect promptly as directed, mail, messages and goods to and from various Departments and assist with the smooth running of the Mail Room to the required standard.
