Porter / Mail Room Operative

My well established Client is urgently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Porter with Mail Room experience to work onsite at a their prestigious London-based site. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service in a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching internal and external mailOperating mail room equipment (e.g. franking machines, scanners, couriers'' systems)Providing porterage services, including moving deliveries, furniture, and equipment as requiredSupporting office moves, setups, and event logisticsLiaising with couriers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of itemsMaintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised mail room and storage areasAdhering to all site security and health and safety proceduresRequirementsProven experience working in a mail room environmentPrevious porter or facilities experience preferredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailPhysically fit and able to carry out manual handling dutiesProfessional, reliable, and customer-focused approachFlexible to work rotating shifts and weekendsEligible to work in the UK and able to pass relevant background checksThis will be onsite full time, working 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm, if you have the skills and experience and are happy with the shift pattern, please send an up to date CV for an immediate response. ..... full job details .....
