The role includes maintaining the overall cleanliness, presentation, security and safety of the development, taking appropriate action where necessary and ensuring that site equipment is kept in good working order. The Caretaker / Porter is expected to provide a professional, courteous and helpful service, developing positive relationships with residents and visitors while treating all information obtained through the role as confidential. Caretaking and Cleaning Hoover, wash and polish communal areas regularly and ensure they are kept clean and tidy at all times. Clean brass fittings daily.
