Ensure operational readiness of hinterland infrastructure, including storage yards, warehouses, roadways, rail interfaces, and drainage systems. Monitor and maintain port utilities (power distribution, lighting, water systems, and firefighting infrastructure). Develop and implement planned maintenance programs and asset management strategies for all landside and quayside assets. Coordinate contractors and service providers for civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Support capital projects, including infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and refurbishment works. Conduct condition assessments and lifecycle analysis to inform investment and maintenance planning.
