Porsche Customer Relations Specialist

We are looking for an outbound CRM advisor to join our Aftersales operation to help us to continue to develop and grow our business while delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.In this role you will use our modern CRM systems to make effective outbound calls to customers, follow up on service reminders and ensure every customer has an amazing experience during their journey through our Porsche Centre.
