As this is a newly established pop-up shop, the post holder will play a key role in setting up, developing and embedding the shop within the local community during its first year of operation. This includes building volunteer capacity, developing donation streams, establishing effective shop systems and contributing to the evaluation of the pop-up model to inform future retail development. The post holder will act as an ambassador for Concern Worldwide, ensuring the shop becomes a welcoming, sustainable and successful community retail space that supports Concern''s mission and raises awareness of its work and campaigns.
