Pool Worker

Sounds great, what will I be doing? As a Pool Worker, you will use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with service users, including those experiencing distress or crisis. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, using crisis management and de-escalation techniques to help individuals feel safe and supported. The role involves facilitating engaging activities, promoting wellbeing, and encouraging meaningful participation during service users'' time within the service. You will maintain accurate records and case notes, respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, and balance administrative tasks with direct support. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will demonstrate professionalism, inclusivity, patience, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and high-quality care.
