Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker to play a pivotal role in our Recovery Service in Highbury. As a Pool Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring early intervention and preventative mental health support, helping them achieve their goals and participate actively in their recovery. You will deliver group programmes, develop co-produced activities and peer support opportunities, and encourage engagement with community professionals and services. Working flexibly within the team, you will monitor service users'' health, wellbeing, and safety, responding promptly to concerns. You will complete referrals, assessments, and reviews within required timescales, maintain accurate and confidential records, support colleagues with service delivery, and use your initiative to respond to emerging needs while participating in supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development.
