Polisher / Prepper

Location: OldburyHours: 6:00am 2:00pmPay Rate: £14.50 per hourWe are currently recruiting for two Polishing / Preparation Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Oldbury. This is a hands-on role working with carbon fibre and ABS painted parts, requiring a good eye for detail and a high standard of workmanship.We are looking for candidates with experience in both polishing and preparation processes, although candidates with strong experience in either area may also be considered.Key Responsibilities Polishing carbon fibre and ABS painted componentsPreparing parts ready for finishing and coatingCarrying out sanding, preparation and polishing to a high standardInspecting finished parts for imperfections and ensuring quality standards are metWorking with a variety of materials and componentsFollowing production specifications and instructionsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentEnsuring attention to detail is maintained throughout the processWorking efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines What We''re Looking For Previous experience in polishing, preparation or a similar manufacturing environmentExperience working with carbon fibre and/or ABS painted parts is advantageousIdeally, candidates will have an understanding of both polishing and preparation processesExcellent attention to detailHigh standards of workmanship and qualityGood hand skills and a practical approach to workReliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a ..... full job details .....
