This role involves surface preparation, spray finishing, and quality control to ensure all products meet exceptional finishing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare timber surfaces including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaningApply finishes using spray equipment such as HVLP and airless systemsSpray paints, lacquers, stains, and finishing coatsInspect and rectify defects including runs, sags, and uneven coatingsMix and match paints to correct specificationsMaintain spray booth, tools, and equipmentEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsWork to production deadlines and quality standardsRequirements Experience as a sprayer, polisher, finisher, or paint sprayer Background in joinery, furniture, woodworking, or timber manufacturing Knowledge of spray systems such as HVLP or airless preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques Ability to work independently and efficientlyOwn transport essential due to locationTrainee candidates will be considered if they have basic knowledge of wood, paint, or finishing processes and demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to ..... full job details .....
