Policy Support Specialist - Portuguese Speaking

Role Overview

• Location & Setup: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office).

• Contract: 6 months - 9 months (temporary backfill, potential to extend).

• Shift Details: Weekend/holiday on-call coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate reported content following legal frameworks and platform rules.

• Handle high-priority, time-sensitive escalations and crisis situations.

• Execute regulatory takedowns and ad-hoc safety initiatives.

• Track content trends and collaborate with Legal and Policy teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor''s degree.

• Experience: 1+ years in Trust & Safety / content moderation (handling sensitive/objectionable material).

• Languages: Native/fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese.

• Key Skills: High urgency, escalation management, regulatory awareness, autonomous decision-making.

• Nice-to-Have: Salesforce, SQL, AI tools, crisis management.
