It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys operating at pace, and beyond traditional policy development , with a strong emphasis on real-world impact and influence.You will play a key role in shaping and delivering policy aligned to core organisational priorities, including youth employment, leadership for AI and the future of work. Alongside light policy development, you will lead meaningful stakeholder engagement with government, employers and partners, ensuring policy is translated into tangible outcomes and measurable change.Working closely with internal teams across external affairs, PR, research and partnerships, you will help position the organisation as a leading voice in national debates, while building relationships that drive both influence and opportunity.
