Policy and Projects Lead

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a professional regulatory body in their search for a Policy and Projects Lead to join on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role, offering an excellent opportunity to shape how research, insight and project delivery inform policy development within a small, high-impact organisation.In this role, you will sit within the Development function, working across the organisation to coordinate and deliver a range of research and development projects. You will play a key role in generating insight, supporting policy development and ensuring that projects are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard.A core part of the role will involve designing and delivering research activity, including surveys, stakeholder engagement and data collection. You will analyse and interpret data, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that inform policy development and organisational decision-making. This will include producing reports, dashboards and briefings for a range of internal and external audiences.You will also coordinate multiple concurrent projects and programmes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure progress is maintained and outputs are delivered.
