Policy and Communications Coordinator

For over 60 years the National Children''s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all. We are currently recruiting a Policy and Communications Coordinator to join our Policy and Communications team on a two-year fixed-term contract. Policy and Communications Coordinator Contract: 2-year fixed term Work Pattern: 35 hours per week. (1 FTE). We are open to flexible hours and working patterns, including accommodating part-time and compressed hours where possible. Salary: £31,000 per annum Location: London Fields, London E8 3PN. NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working with 1 day working in the office if based in London About the Role The Policy and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in helping NCB drive positive change for children and young people across the UK, by supporting the delivery key elements of policy, public affairs, and communications work. This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality and impactful policy outputs, communications and campaigns, to enhance our visibility and impact, bringing lived and learned experiences to the heart of our influencing work. Supporting cross-NCB coordination by working across teams and Specialist Membership Groups, the Coordinator will grow and maintain vibrant, diverse and engaged memberships, and help ensure NCB''s voice is clear, timely, and influential across the policy arena and public conversation.
