Policy and Communications Coordinator

The organisation is currently recruiting a Policy and Communications Coordinator to join their Policy and Communications team on a two-year fixed-term contract. Policy and Communications Coordinator Contract: 2-year fixed term Work Pattern: 35 hours per week. (1 FTE). The employer is open to flexible hours and working patterns, including accommodating part-time and compressed hours where possible. Salary: £31,000 per annum Location: London Fields, London E8. The employer promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working with 1 day working in the office if based in London About the Role The Policy and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in helping the charity drive positive change for children and young people across the UK, by supporting the delivery key elements of policy, public affairs, and communications work. This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality and impactful policy outputs, communications and campaigns, to enhance visibility and impact, bringing lived and learned experiences to the heart of the organisation''s influencing work. Supporting cross-charity coordination by working across teams and Specialist Membership Groups, the Coordinator will grow and maintain vibrant, diverse and engaged memberships, and help ensure that the organisation''s voice is clear, timely, and influential across the policy arena and public conversation.
