Title: Policy AdministratorHours: 35.75 hours per weekSalary: £24,740p/aLocation: Liverpool HRGO are currently recruiting for a Policy Administrator. This is a key administration role within a Policy Management team, supporting existing corporate clients with amendments and queries. This role is focused on importing validated data, processing application forms, and completing policy migrations and updates.Responsibilities:Process amendments and updates to existing corporate accountsImport new policies, leavers and changes electronically Handle inbound and outbound emails and calls professionally, efficiently and with a customer-first approachInvestigate and resolve broker/company queries, liaising with colleagues, managers, sales teams and external contacts as neededValidate received data to ensure it is compliant, authorised and in the required format for system importComplete bulk data uploads (e.g., expansions and bulk terminations) accurately and to deadlinesIssue and process payroll deduction and Direct Debit application formsResolve portal queries related to membership data and process changes within agreed timescalesProcess policy downgrades as instructed (e.g., tasks received from Finance)Produce reports/spreadsheets (including membership lists) as requiredMaintain clear, accurate and compliant system notes and audit trailsComplete data protection and security checks before discussing or sharing customer informationEnsure sensitive information is only shared with ..... full job details .....
