PMO Training & System Integration Lead

Our client, is seeking a PMO Training & System Integration Lead to join their team in Worthing. This permanent position offers a hybrid working arrangement to promote flexibility and work-life balance.



Key Responsibilities:


You will focus on four key areas:



Training Delivery & Management

  • Lead the design and implementation of structured technical training across core PMO systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver blended learning programmes (in-person, virtual, and self-serve).
  • Support end-users with guidance, coaching, and ongoing capability building.
  • Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned to transformation and operational needs.


Embedment & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure effective rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Lead post-training evaluations and use feedback to refine training materials.
  • Act as a key enabler for change initiatives across Programme Controls.


P3M3 Alignment

  • Support alignment of PMO capabilities with P3M3 standards.
  • Coordinate maturity assessments and implement improvement activities.
  • Track progress against agreed improvement plans.


Communication & Internal Branding

  • Develop a communication and engagement strategy to promote training, tools, and best practice.
  • Support internal branding for the Programme Controls & Standards team as a Centre of Excellence.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all training, change, and improvement queries.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering technical training and capability improvement across project or programme environments.
  • Working knowledge of PMO systems and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, PIM).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and maturity models such as P3M3.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and embedment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching skills.
  • The ability to work across functions and levels, influencing change and building buy-in.
