Location: Falmer, Brighton (hybrid, 1-2 days per-week on-site)
Salary: -50,000 - -57,000 per annum - (possible flexibility, if you require a higher salary please still apply to discuss further)
Tec Partners are working with a well-known utilities company, who are looking for an experienced PMO Systems Integration training lead, to come in and create an overall training programme for their capital delivery PMO as they embark on a new system rollout. As a PMO Systems Integration Training Lead, you will make this newly created role your own, owning the overall training strategy, from scope, set-up, rollout and continuous delivery, across their core systems and processes (P6, SAP, PIM and others).

- Training & delivery management
- Embedment & continuous improvement
- PM3M Alignment
- Communication & Internal Branding
What they are looking for:
- Experience delivery technical training and capability improvement, end-to-end, across project, programme and PMO environments
- Good working knowledge of PMO functions and PMO systems and tools (Primavera P6, SAP, PIM)
- Familiarity with industry standards and maturity models such as P3M3
