With robust leadership and collaborative team-working, we maximise opportunity and efficiency throughout the whole property lifecycle.About the RoleThe PMO Procurement and Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the procurement strategy and supply chain management across the programme. This role ensures that procurement standards, processes, procedures and activities align with programme objectives, deliver value for money, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policiesResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies and standards aligned with programme goals.Manage end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, evaluation, and contract award.Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.Collaborate with programme teams to forecast procurement needs and timelines.Monitor supply chain performance and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Provide regular reporting on procurement activities, savings, and risks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Required SkillsProven experience in procurement and supply chain management within complex programmes.Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles and practices.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.Understanding of public sector procurement regulations (if applicable).Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Project management and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.SkillsProfessional certification such as CIPS or equivalent is desirable.Pay range and compensation package£65,000 to £70,000 per annumCar allowanceDiscretionary bonus scheme27 Days HolidayPrivate Medical InsuranceLife AssuranceEV SchemeCycle to Work SchemeSeason Ticket ..... full job details .....
