Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager (PMO) Surrey (2-3 days on-site) 3-month contract £44 per hour PAYEAn NHS organisation in Surrey is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Delivery and Assurance Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile portfolio of cost improvement and transformation programmes.Role OverviewThis is a senior PMO role, working closely with the Deputy Director of Strategy and Executive workstream leads to drive delivery, governance, and assurance across a complex programme landscape. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards, with clear oversight of risks, benefits, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead PMO support for Cost Improvement Programmes (CIP) and strategic transformation initiativesProvide robust programme assurance, tracking delivery, risks, and benefits across multiple workstreams Develop and maintain programme governance frameworks, reporting cycles, and performance monitoringProduce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders, including Executive teams and Board-level committees Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, finance, and corporate teams to drive programme outcomesAnalyse complex financial, workforce, and performance data to inform decision-making and identify efficiencies Support Quality Impact Assessments (QIA) and ensure safe delivery of transformation initiativesLead on stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders across the ..... full job details .....
