PMO Manager

Job Description:PMO Coordinator/Manager This is working with a Microsoft Partner who are looking to make their first PMO hire. A great opportunity to come in and shape the function from the ground up. This role will sit at the heart of the Service Delivery team, helping bring structure, organisation, and visibility across projects. They''re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts. What you''ll be doing: Resource planning and coordination across multiple projects and consultants Creating and managing Statements of Work, project documentation, and internal processes Timesheet oversight, utilisation tracking, and general team support Supporting delivery with light project management responsibilities Monitoring project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies Acting as a central point of coordination between delivery, leadership, and stakeholders Helping to introduce and improve PMO processes, governance, and reporting Supporting with general PMO admin and ensuring projects run smoothly day-to-day What they''re looking for: Someone highly organised and proactive Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams Experience in a PMO/Project Coordinator/Project Support role Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Any experience within a Microsoft Partner or tech/consulting environment is a bonus The details: Fully remote Competitive Salary Clear progression opportunities ..... full job details .....
