PMO Manager

A leading financial services organisation is currently seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support a large -600 million, multi-year transformation programme.
The programme has high executive visibility, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent messaging, open reporting, and delivery oversight.
Job Details:

• Start date - ASAP
• Duration: Initial 12 months
• Rate: -500590 per day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Location: London
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office
  
  Key requirements
• Proven experience working in a senior PMO role within financial services, ideally on large-scale data or analytics programmes.
• Ability to own and manage status reporting, ensuring clarity and consistency across forums and delivery teams.
• Experience with open reporting environments, where senior leaders have direct access to programme data.
• Oversight of financials, with support from PMO analysts, must be confident in managing and working collaboratively with them.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Clarity, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
