Ensure the project is using the agreed project management framework, using the standard project tools and templates Coordinate reporting from the project and provide analysis of performance to inform management decisions. Provide administration to project team by co-ordinating project activities and events, such as capturing minutes, actions & decisions. Ensure mechanisms and reporting tools are in place to enable effective planning and scheduling, ensuring the project has clear milestones and project plan to support effective delivery. Recognise and track dependencies. Maintain the quality of information in resource management tools. Support the identification and monitoring of project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate.
