      <description>Location: Hinckley | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | PMO Lead – Finance Transformation Programme   Location: Leicester (3 days onsite) | Salary: Up to £65,000  VIQU is recruiting for a PMO Lead to join a large-scale Finance Transformation Programme within a well-established organisation. This role requires a strong, hands-on PMO professional to lead governance, drive delivery standards, and ensure alignment across a complex programme, with a particular focus on ERP delivery.  Key Responsibilities   Lead the PMO function and oversee day-to-day delivery  Own programme governance, processes, and reporting standards  Manage resource demand and supply across the programme  Maintain the Integrated Programme Plan  Oversee RAID (risks, issues, dependencies, change control)  Provide senior-level reporting (Level 0 &amp; Level 1)  Act as a trusted advisor to Programme Leadership  Drive continuous improvement across PMO capability   Key Requirements   Strong experience as a PMO Lead / Senior PMO  Proven delivery within large-scale transformation programmes   Strong ERP programme experience (ideally Oracle)   Expertise in governance, planning, and reporting  Experience with Prince2, MSP or Agile  Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills  ...</description>
