PMO Lead - Transformation / Operating Model Contract - Paying between £450 to £550 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (2 days per week on site), 6 month contract, To Start ASAP Your new role We''re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to play a key role within a significant transformation programme, supporting the design and implementation of a new operating model. This is much more than a traditional reporting PMO role. You''ll work closely with programme leadership and senior stakeholders to bring structure, visibility and control to a complex change environment, helping translate transformation plans into a clear, governed and deliverable programme of work. You''ll take a lead across programme governance, reporting and controls, while providing oversight across multiple interconnected workstreams and ensuring the transformation remains aligned to its strategic objectives.
