Delivery Discipline: Drive consistent operational discipline across all workstreams and capability areas. Financial and Planning Control: Oversee financial tracking, resource planning controls, and manage senior governance forums. Key Requirements Proven track record as a PMO Lead or senior PMO manager within large-scale construction or infrastructure programs.
