What you''ll do Set up the PMO from scratch: governance, programme board, terms of reference and reporting cycle Build one integrated plan across three workstreams: SystmOne redesign, a mobile app and BI dashboards Run RAID management and change control Report progress, spend and risk clearly to the SRO and executive sponsors Track spend against this year''s budget and build the case for the next funding tranche Keep BAs, developers, clinical leads and the system supplier pulling in one direction What you''ll deliver A PMO framework and governance pack An integrated programme plan and roadmap A RAID log and change control process Regular highlight reports for the programme board A benefits plan with baseline measures Input to the next-tranche business case What you''ll bring Senior PMO or programme management experience in the NHS or wider health and care A track record of setting up a PMO, not just running one Waterfall delivery (PRINCE2, MSP or P3O), with exposure to agile teams Data, digital, EPR or clinical systems programme experience Confidence with executive, ..... full job details .....
