This is a 3-6-month contract and is inside scope of IR35. Candidates with a background in Real Estate Services would be desirable. Your new role Key Responsibilities PMO Leadership: Deliver a UK PMO function supporting Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities, and Technology-enabled transformation programmes. Portfolio Oversight: Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies across a portfolio of Real Estate, Workplace, and technology initiatives. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, IT governance standards, property compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations. Service Management Alignment: Ensure projects align with ITIL best practices, supporting effective service transition, operational readiness, and handover into BAU support teams.
