PMO Lead

PMO Lead Contract until December £557/Day Inside IR35 Aberdeen We are seeking a PMO Lead for our Government client based in Aberdeen. This role will be office based 2-3 days per week and the remainder remote. The PMO Lead role will be a contract until 21/12, paying between £500 - £557/Day Inside IR35. This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Role Profile: Leading delivery activity, establishing effective PMO discipline, and owning programme-level governance and decision-making structures Demonstrate that they have delivered projects and programmes in a fast pasted environment as well as being adaptable in their approach Supporting business leads and operational PMO managers in establishing and setting up projects and programmes for success Setting delivery standards, ways of working, templates and controls across the organisation (including support and evolution of the PM Delivery Framework) Leading the delivery of discrete projects or complex workstreams, from initiation through to closure, including scope definition, planning, dependency management, risk control and benefits realisation Managing key project and programme processes including monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, planning and governance, translating complex delivery information into clear, actionable insight for key stakeholders Designing, implementing and continuously improving programme and portfolio governance, ensuring ..... full job details .....
