This is a critical role that will drive the successful delivery of a high-profile service mobilisation, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery programme to develop and implement the client transition plan, coordinating all stakeholders across functional workstreams in close collaboration with our commercial and operations teams. Build strong working relationships across the project team, ensuring active engagement with workstream owners to drive delivery of the transition programme.
