Maintain an accurate view of site scope across multiple locations, rigorously tracking changes in implementation dates and document milestones. Utilise established change controls to manage high volumes of scope and schedule changes effectively. Review and challenge supplier programme plans using MS Project, extracting key milestones for insightful reporting.
