      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | PMO Analyst-   Overview  We are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals to join our Change Delivery function as Change Analysts / PMOs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years'' professional experience, either within business change, project delivery, PMO environments, or in roles that have involved strong stakeholder engagement and coordination. Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive 3-4 week training programme designed to develop core change management, project delivery and PMO skills, equipping them to support a range of transformation and change initiatives.  Key Responsibilities  	 Support the planning, coordination and delivery of business change and transformation projects.	 Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.	 Prepare project documentation, reports, communications and status updates.	 Engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation to gather information and support project objectives.
