PMO Analyst - Hybrid working in Belfast

We are looking for a proactive individual to provide crucial project management support for a significant remediation programme. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and have a knack for effective communication, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Track project documents and maintain comprehensive project plans.Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are documented accurately.Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements.Maintain status reports and RAID logs to keep the project on track.Over time, participate in issue identification and resolution, risk management, and dependency tracking.Plan and facilitate working group meetings to drive project progress.Maintain daily reports on UAT test results and key performance indicators, including execution pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.Requirements:Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to understand project mechanics and highlight potential impacts of changes.
