Role: PMLD Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 2 Focus) Location: Brighton and Hove Contract: Full-Time Start Date: September 2026 Daily Rate: £92.63 £98.55Supply Desk is working in partnership with a number of specialist SEN schools and provisions across Brighton and Hove, who are seeking compassionate and dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistants to support pupils within Key Stage 2. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children with profound and multiple learning difficulties, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and build confidence in a safe and nurturing environment.About the RoleAs a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 2 pupils who have complex learning, physical, sensory, medical, and communication needs. You will provide tailored support on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping pupils engage with personalised learning activities, therapy programmes, sensory learning, and daily routines.
